However, I noticed that some individuals encountered challenges in effectively communicating their work, whether through oral presentations or written manuscripts. With over 30 years of international research and publication experience, she has collaborated extensively with a number of international research groups, notably in Spain, and has worked as a lecturer, visiting speaker, and academic consultant for Oxford Risk (University of Oxford). Her research interests span from basic learning theory and its application to societal challenges to a more recent focus on academic anxiety and success in international students. Her research has been funded by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council, the Wellcome Trust, and various funding agencies in Spain. She continues to serve as an ad hoc reviewer for a range of high-impact academic journals and grant-awarding bodies.
